Woodridge spaces may be rented for special events. Woodridge has banquet rooms for up to 40 people inside and ample outdoor areas for larger gatherings.

Woodridge has hosted numerous community events: West Peoria families have participated in collecting the thousands of Easter eggs scattered across the lawn at Woodridge. The City of West Peoria Economic Development held a Business Round Tableand a TIF educational meeting forlocal Business owners at Woodridge. The West Peoria Residents Association sponsored an outdoor concert on the front lawn of Woodridge. All local residents were invited to come and enjoy the swinging music of the Swing Daddies and their neighbors' company.

The West Bluff Tour of Homes featured Woodridge as a showcase architectural treasure of Peoria's West Bluff.

The Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Grand Opening of the Woodridge Professional Building in April 2006.
